Bio & CV

GEORGE WONG YUNG CHOON (b. 1978) lives and works in Singapore. His practice examines the absurdity of modern life, especially in Singapore. His diverse practice includes photography, print, film, books, performance, participatory and installation. He is currently looking at topics such as the Singapore “kampong” spirit and the Singapore education system.

He completed his MA in Contemporary Art Practice (Critical Practice) from the Royal College of Art in 2019.
